Terms and Conditions.
Below are our terms and conditions including refund, returns and cancellation policy.
Refunds.
Due to the nature of the products - All vinyl sales are final. In the rare event of you not being happy with your purchase we will
exchange the item for vinyl of the same value. All non vinyl items will qualify for a refund/exchange. You will be liable for postage costs.
Returns.
If you feel your chosen items were not as described and you wish to return them. You must conact us within 24 hours of receipt.
We will give you a return number and you must return the items in the same saleable condition as we sent them to you.
All items must be sent by a service we have to sign for. You are liable for return shipping costs and items lost in the post.
If in doubt about the purchase of an expensive piece of vinyl, contact us and we will send an mp3 of the tracks so you can grade it.
(so you have no excuse for ordering unwanted records - we will overlay a test tone through out the track though.)

Cancellation.
If you decide to cancel your order;
Non dispatched orders - will incur a 5% fee, you must notify us as soon as possible as we aim to ship all orders next working day.
Dispatched orders - will incur a 5% fee plus our postage costs. The returns policy above applies and we will not refund you until we have the goods.
Shipping Policy.
We aim to ship all orders next working day. In the rare event of us not being able to ship your order straight away we will email you within
24 hours with a full explanation. All our items are sent via trackable mail that you will need to sign for.
UK orders - will generally be sent by Royalmail. You can track your order at royalmail.com.
Larger orders may be sent by courier. If so we will provide full tracking details.
Rest of World - will generally be sent by Royalmail surface mail. You can track your order at royalmail.com.
Larger orders may be sent by Airmail or courier. If so we will provide full tracking details.
